(PHR-93) HAMMER OF HATHOR - Saw Isosceles C40

A fine packer of a lost LP by United Staters, Hammer of Hathor, a boy-girl duo of many faces + talents. They mainly shred guitar and bang drumskins on this one in a very primitive way and we-don't-care attitude. The result not only flirts w/ atonal punk and heavy jam energy but repeatedly fucks w/ the brain of the non-music listener. The unconventional way of instrument approach amplifies a universe of electrical guts purely captured with analog and monophonic equipment.
Edition of 50 copies w/ glossy color j-cards and electrique-blue tapes. 6.00 euros ppd everywhere, order at phasejunk.com.

(PHR-90) ANGELS IN AMERICA - Greecings Caesar C60

An hour-long definite "Angels..." collection consisted of live action, outtakes and other experiments. "Greecings Caesar" might be the best introduction, if you're not familiar w/ the dark, mystagogic saga of these youngster's duo but be sure to check all the other recordings of them at FMA. Every single release (tapes on Ecstatic Peace!, Digitalis and Night People, LP on Ehse Records plus a split tape w/ Weyes Blood on Northern Spy) is somewhat perfect! Merv Glisten and Moppy Pont serve sentimental harshness at its best.
Edition of 100 tapes w/ on-body printing and screenprinted j-cards.

(PHR-72) REVERSE MOUTH - Savage Queen C30

Like a defaced Joan Collins or a crippled Heather Locklear, 4 savage jams made it to tape heaven, a place w/ high pitched guitar feedbacks + parallel irritating obsessions. Intentions are simple, entity is hostile. No one's gonna like it but lots would love to give it a fuck.
Green metallic j-cards + black tapes. Edition of 60 copies.

(PHR-70) DEAD GUM - Fake World C30

Debut release by Dead Gum. Bedroom creativity + sonic shrink confessions. 8 live songs. Handstamped fuzzy J-cards and black tapes. Limited and numbered to 50 copies.
